Preface
First of all, the association Dutch Domino Team wants to let you know that they consider your privacy to be very important. With your use of the website of the Dutch Domino Team we can collect information from and about you. Think of the information you provide when you contact us via our contact page or during conversations about activities related to the Dutch Domino Team. We do this in order to make the contact as optimal as possible. In this Privacy Statement you will find out what information we collect from you, what we do with it, how this data is stored and how you can (or can have changed) or delete this data.
Types of Data
Dutch Domino Team can collect various personal data from you via the website. It is good to know to which information the Dutch Domino Team does have access to. There are roughly 3 ways in which we collect data;
- Via the contact form on the website. Your name and email address will be collected after you have entered it yourself via the contact form.
- When registering for the annual workshop or when booking tickets for the falldown show. Again, your name and email address will be collected. When registering for the workshop, you will also be asked for your (mobile) telephone number and the age of the participants.

In summary, your name, email address, telephone number and bank account number can be collected by Dutch Domino Team. This data will never be transferred to external parties, and the Dutch Domino Team is committed to ensuring the security of your data.
Purposes processing
We collect and process personal data for the following purposes;
- To get in touch with you when you have questions for Dutch Domino Team
- When it comes to a paid service, to invoice.
- To give you the opportunity to register for the annual workshop
- To give you the opportunity to register for the falldown of the annual event.
In this case, all data is exclusively used for the purpose for which the data were collected. For example, you will not receive newsletters or offers from the Dutch Domino Team association if you have had contact via the contact form. The information collected with this contact is used strictly to keep in touch with you about your comment or question.
In principle, we keep your personal data for as long as necessary for the aforementioned purposes, or to comply with statutory (storage) obligations.
Sharing and storing personal data
Data collected by the Dutch Domino Team association for the abovementioned purposes will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances. As mentioned before, personal data is not kept longer than necessary. How the storage of personal data will be described below will be explained below for each purpose.
- To get in touch with you when you have questions for Dutch Domino Team
- When you send an email to the Dutch Domino Team via the contact form, this is done via Caldera Forms. Dutch Domino Team has a processing agreement with Caldera Forms. Dutch Domino Team will receive your message in Gmail and further comments on this will also be sent to the email address you provided. As soon as the mail contact is completed, your mailing will be removed from the inbox of the mail from the Dutch Domino Team. The mail history is not stored by Dutch Domino Team. Only the chairman and the official have access to data protection to the e-mail from Dutch Domino Team.
- When it comes to a paid service, to invoice.
- If you have had a (hopefully successful) workshop or business project led by the Dutch Domino Team, they will send you an invoice. If you pay for this, the Dutch Domino Team association will receive insight into your account number. Because of the duty of retention of the tax authorities, the Dutch Domino Team association keeps the basic data for 7 years. This means that your (company) name, account number, telephone number and email address are stored for 7 years. This is done on the secure PC of the chairman of the Dutch Domino Team. After the retention period of 7 years has elapsed, your data will be deleted from the PC.
- To give you the opportunity to register for the annual workshop
- When you register for the annual workshop, prior to the annual event, the Dutch Domino Team association will receive insight into your email address, name, name and age of the participants and telephone number. This information is necessary for the workshop to run smoothly. Because in this case it is not only your privacy, but also that of the specified participants, the Dutch Domino Team association is very strict with the processing of this data. All this information is stored in an Excel file on the PC of the chairman of the Dutch Domino Team association, and will be removed as soon as possible after the workshop. The mail contact will also be deleted. If the participant (s) are under the age of 16, the Dutch Domino Team will handle the personal data with special care. More information about this later in the file.
- To give you the opportunity to register for the falldown of the annual event.
- When you register for the falldown of the annual event, your name and email address will be collected. This data is strictly used to reserve your tickets for the show. These data will be deleted after the show has ended.
Security
As stated in the above explanations, the Dutch Domino Team association at all times maintains a security level in the processing of personal data that ensures that the chance of disclosure or loss of personal data is as minimal as possible. Think of technical and organizational measures such as security of the PC, limited access to data given by directors of the Dutch Domino Team association and extreme care regarding your data.
Children younger than 16 years
Dutch Domino Team does not attempt to collect data from children under the age of 16. If you are younger than 16 and want to get in touch with us, ask your parents / guardians for permission and inform the Dutch Domino Team association that you are not yet 16 years old. The Dutch Domino Team will provide protection with this information with the utmost care and will not keep it for longer than necessary.
Resistance, access, modification and deletion of personal data
We want to be transparent about the way we handle your personal data. With this Privacy and Cookie Policy we try to offer you clarity and transparency. As previously mentioned, the Dutch Domino Team association does not keep your data longer than necessary or legally required. If you want to know which data is stored by you, you can send an e-mail to thedutchdominoteam@gmail.com. We will provide insight into the data we keep as soon as possible via email.
